The name of Capt. Harris' lackey in the Police Academy movies. Probably the biggest bumbling idiot of the whole cast of charecters next to Sweetchuck. Played by actor Lance Kinsey (Dr. Detroit, Loaded Weapon 1, Honeymoon Academy).
