A license used by Sun Microsystems for Java, Solaris, StarOffice and the Sparc Processor design.
While it may look free at first sight, it's not a DFSG-free license, and thus is similar to being a bit pregnant: it tries to appeal to people's sense of community but keeps a tight control on intellectual property, allowing Sun Microsystems to pull the rug underneath our feet at any time.
