Nassau County, New York (place)

• Nassau Coliseum (formally known as the Nassau Veteran's Memorial Stadium).  Home of the New York Islanders.
• Utopia.  An infamous head shop in Hicksville, NY.
• Jones Beach.  The most popular public beach on Long Island, and a great place to go to some rock concerts.
• Roosevelt Field Shopping Mall.  One of the biggest and most crowded shopping malls in the country.
• The Long Island Ducks, a minor league baseball team.
• Eisenhower Park.
• The Rockaway Drive-Thru...if you can find it.
• Safety Town.  You get to learn how to be a safe pedestrian, bicyclist, and motorist (using little go-carts).  Just about every kid in Nassau went there at one point or another on a school field trip.

Personally, I just recommend that you get the hell out of Nassau and spend some time in New York City.
