Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga - Class Of 1981's Secret Codes
At first glance the Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga - Class Of 1981 20th anniversary edition offers nothing special. The cabinet stands up-right and displays only two images, the hero ship and a leggy cartoon rendition of Ms. Pac-Man. There is a four-way directional joystick, fire button, and two sets of selection buttons for one-or-two player. With the proper knowledge though and pocket full of quarters a secret land can be found and powers obtained.
After paying the machine its desired fee, use the joystick to tap out the following code; up, up ,up, down, down, down, left, right, left, right, left. In rapid succession a series of --"ding, ding, ding's"-- signifies the correct code has been entered. Press the Ms. Pac-Man one or two player start button and voilà the original Pac-Man.
Wait, that's not all, for speedy Ms. Pac-Man and rapid-fire Galaga tap out this code; left, right, left, right, up, up, up, fire button. To speed up Pac-Man enter his code then this code. These codes override the speed setting for one game only, and if the game's settings are set to fast the code will reverse the game back to normal speed.
