Rodolphe Vlad Dracula prince Kretzulesco is the last
descendent of the Bassaraba
Dynasty which has reigned in
Transylvania and
Wallachia for centuries. He currently lives in Germany in a castle near Berlin, where he deals in antiques, and has a restaurant and
beergarden.
He is the host of a (locally) popular festival for blood donors, to gather blood for the Red Cross. He opens the festival by rising from a coffin, not unlike the famous vampire Count Dracula does in the novels and books.
Ottomar Rodolphe Vlad Dracula Prince Kretzulesco most famous ancestor is Vlad IV Tepes, best known as Vlad The Impaler, who was the model for Bram Stoker's novel Dracula
