The Trail
Always including the word 'The', is just what it sounds like to a non-fourbyer, a trail somewhere. However, The Trail, to any member of the 4x4 species, is a haven a place to talk about with either great respect and admiration, or deep solemn remorse. An experienced Fourbyer will have stories about The Trail that reflect both aspects, respect and remorse. Any number of things can go right or wrong on The Trail, so there is always a hint of fear in the air, jsut enough to keep the fourbyers interested in what's going to happen next.
