I just saw Elvis on the Ed Sullivan show. Ed (yes, we're on a first name basis) was thanking Elvis for coming onto the show, and he had to find something to express how grateful he was to Elvis for making his show the most popular in America.

He came up with this gem: "You're thoroughly all right!"

Is that groovy or what? It's important to mention that Ed was not a square. He was as hip as a guy his age could be. It's amazing what a difference two generations make.
