Traditionally, you can run around a
church widdershins three times to
summon Satan. It is not clear whether this should be amended to
clockwise in the
Southern Hemisphere. (Addendum: I just checked 'widdershins' - it seems that the definition of widdershins is different in the
southern hemisphere anyway. I still have no idea whether
clockwise or
anticlockwise is right in the
antipodes.)
