Woundhealer is the only one of the Twelve which is unusable as a weapon. This is due to its inherent ability to heal. Its power goes far beyond the range of normal medicine, healing old scars and reversing unnatural aging. In fact, Woundhealer was once used to restore a man's amputated arm.
Whose flesh the Sword of Mercy hurts has drawn no breath;
Whose soul it heals has wandered in the night,
Has paid the summing of all debts in death
Has turned to see returning light.
