Strep`to*neu"ra (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. curved + a sinew.] Zool.
An extensive division of gastropod Mollusca in which the loop or visceral nerves is twisted, and the sexes separate. It is nearly to equivalent to Prosobranchiata.
