If you like Buffy the Vampire Slayer on TV, you'll probably like this book. It has many supernatural/preternatural elements including vampires, werewolves, and zombies. Anita Blake is an Animator (raizes zombies) and a part-time vampire-slayer. The story takes place in St. Louis, Mo.

I enjoyed the book and am getting several more in the series.
