NCAA (thing)

The NCAA is comprised of 3 divisions:

• Division I
• Division II
• Division III

And also 8 Districts:

• NCAA District 1
• NCAA District 2
• NCAA District 3
• NCAA District 4
• NCAA District 5
• NCAA District 6
• NCAA District 7
• NCAA District 8

Yes there is Ender02's College Football Conferences node, but that is just a list of Div. I-A Football Conferences. I'm taking this so much further. We're talking all College Conferences, baby!

I would like to thank the editors/gods who had to rename and delete a bunch of stuff as I got this project under control. I think I've got a good hierarchy now.
