Grandfather's recipe
5 lb.
pork, in strips
3/4 can
Hoisin Sauce
2tbsp Chinese Cooking wine
1.5 tbsp
Sugar
1.5 tbsp
Honey
1.5 tsp
Salt
3/4 tbsp
Sesame oil
Mix everything but the pork to create a marinade
Marinate the pork in it for 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour. After baking glaze with melted honey.
