This is a vegetarian bean dip that is absolutely addictive. And it makes a whole mess of dip, because I usually just throw cans of stuff in a huge bowl, which is then left in the fridge to be drawn from repeatedly. I got the recipe from this lovely woman in San Francisco. Serve with tortilla chips, vegetables, or anything else you like to dip...

1 sm/med. can of refried pinto beans
1 sm/med. can of black beans (don't drain them)
One ear of white corn uncooked (or a can of corn)
1 sm/med. container of guacamole
1 sm/med. container of sour cream
half a cup of salsa, or just chop up some tomatoes, green peppers and red onions.
grated jack cheese (to taste)
chopped cilantro (to taste)

Ok, so you're mixing this all together in one big bowl. And it looks kinda funky- greenish if you added a lot of guacamole and sour cream, or a weird brown if there are a lot of refried beans. This is fine. Either way, it tastes good. So, take a small serving of the dip you have just made, put it in a microwave-safe container, and heat it up for maybe 2 minutes on medium high. Now remove it, mix it, and Eat It. psst! Don't forget to share
