Upon seeing Circuit Breaker's collection of dismantled Autobots, Donny Finkleberg starts to feel quilty about turning in Skids for $50000. Megatron decides to challenge Optimus Prime in a duel to death, and orders two Decepticons fresh out of Cybertron, Runabout and Runamuck, to deliver the message. To catch the Autobot leader's attention, the two Decepticons decide to spray huge messages in Cybertronian language on famous US landmarks and sights including Mount Rushmore and The Statue of Liberty. This is soon brought to attention of Circuit Breaker, who launches an offensive on the two Decepticon rookies.
