This one is probably my favorite. I have a
tendency to consume about 3 or 4 bowls in one sitting and not realize I've been steadily emptying the box.
It says right on the front "Crispy, Sweetened
WHOLE WHEAT and RICE Cereal". I guess the
rice part must be subtle...
The cereal consists of
ribbed, crispy, square flakes covered in
sugar and
cinnamon swirls.
