An all natural instant food product distributed by Fantastic Foods. It comes freeze-dried in single serving cups from your favorite grocery store.

Although I wouldn't consider it to be a meal it is certainly an excellent snack. It is very quick and easy to make and it tastes pretty darn good. It isn't as good as the miso at the Asian restuarant down the street, but it only costs $0.88 and takes 5 minutes to make. Plus, you can keep it in your cubicle for the nights when you get stuck working late.
