Section of
Cincinnati Ohio which was placed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. While Over The Rhine is now the poorest neighborhood in Cincinnati, it is my favorite part of the city. It is full of historical buildings and monuments. In the mid to late 1800's this section of the city was booming with breweries (and
drunken people).
