Basically, you swap hemispheres when you start to run out of summer. From Australia to California, South Africa to France, Argentina/Brazil to Florida, etc. Repeat every season. Stay on the beach for years.
This can also lead to the never-ending winter, if you're into skiing, or other winter fun activities.
Conversely, near the equator seasonal variation is minimized.
