The inclusion of these terrific tabloid-style sequences helped tremendously to establish the film's comic-book influenced style. To me, it seems very similar to modern television, except a more appropriate catchphrase for modern television would be 'Would you like to know less?'

The thought has occurred to me that this could be a parody of Microsoft's 'Where do you want to go today?'.
