You can't live in Baltimore without having been to the Paper Moon at least once. Located on 29th Street, between
Hampden and Charles Village, it's got a wierd vibe to it.
Open 24/7, The menu is always changing, and the food quality and Dinning experience is a game of chance. Food poisoning could occur. Members of the Baltimore Nazi Party could walk in while you are there. The wait staff may lose your order. The two things I can say are definates about it.
Students with NJ accents from John Hopkins University will stumble in, and the 1950's toy decor of the Bathroom will make you say.."what the F...."?
My advice..get the milkshakes, they are alway consistantly great.
