 11  drift                                                                                                                                  1  mania

      but,                                                                                                                                       but,

      mania                                                                                                                                   books

                                                                           12'

 10  angel                                                 the ____ is undisturbed                                          2  fire

       so,                                                    +/-,                                                                               so,

      mother                                               the ____ will be ascended                                          drift

    9   tower                                                                                                                           3  books (are)

          but,                                                                                                                                 but,

           fire                                                                                                                                dust

                   8   blade                                                                                    4  rest

                        so,                                                                                           so,

                        angel                                                                                       step

                   7   dust                                                                                     5  step

                        but,                                                                                          so,

                        blade                                                                                       tower

                                                                     6   mother

                                                                            so,

                                                                            rest

                             13  the one is undisturbed

I suppose this type of poem calls for a "guide" of sorts.  Take the shell of the poem (12') and use the first word, operational word, and ending word in each of the surrounding clusters (1-11) to "create" the tercets of the poem. For example, the poem begins by filling in the 1 cluster into 12' to create the tercet "the mania is undisturbed//but//the books will be ascended" and so on. 13 and 14 are designed to be conclusive, and are meant to be read as is.
