Mohammed they would all point back to
Abraham.
Abraham had a son called Ismael in Arabic, Ishmael in Hebrew and English. It is believed that Ismael is the father of all Arabs.
Abraham also had a son called Isaac, believed to be the father of all Jews.
This is where the relationship that Arabs and Jews are cousins comes from.
