The guide is a database of marijuana related laws for every state in the US, plus Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The database has details on incarcerations and fines for every level (by weight) of possession, sale and cultivation of marijuana for each state, and also includes a few paragraphs detailing the penalties further.
A must read for any noder concerned about the potential legal ramifications of his or her illicit actions.
