WWF tag team that has existed on and off since the late nineties consisting of
Road Dogg and
Billy Gunn. Both
midcarders at the time of the team's inception, after being sought individually as proteges for and by the
Honky-Tonk Man, they joined forces and turned on the 'greatest intercontinental champion of all time.' They gained heat through a combination of a catchy entrance routine ("OH? You didn't know? Your ass better call somebody!"), and an early feud with
Mic Foley and
Terry Funk, and became key members in
D-Generation X. Often times credited with saving
tag team wrestling, they are among the best tag teams of recent wrestling history.
