Unlike CaptainSpam's, my back pain did not disappear after being at work. I did something to a few muscles in the right trapezoidal area, going up to my neck and in to the center. It sucks. I also had a sore throat and probably a fever, but I took some of my herbal defense system pills and it subsided.

I've completely cut dairy from my diet, permanently. At the store I bought, amongst other dairy-free things that I usually buy anyway, dairy-free chocolate chips, made from wheat gluten, which taste like the dairy ones, and dairy-free rasberry granola. Oh, and vegan peanut butter cookies, which were like slightly stale "normal" pb cookies. I'll do a Reasons To Be Dairy-Free node, sometime.

The X-Files Season 1 on DVD has been my life for the past few days. Family and friends may have to do an intervention before too long. And that's not why I pulled muscles in my back....
