Brazillian coffee somehow tastes a lot better than most coffees that I've had here. Maybe it is the way that it is brewed?
I recently returned from a trip to Rio Di Janeiro. People in Brazil do not drink huge mugs of coffee. They are more civilized than that. They would rather have a cafezinho...meaning "small coffee." It is much more satisfying to sip on a cafezinho (in a cup that is smaller than a demitasse.) The flavor in a cafezinho is enough to satisfy any coffee lover.
