Jim Morrison gave him during the high of his career.
Some say it is a
reference to his
penis, as he was a very sexual
entity, although this is not so true..
Growing up, Jim was an
army brat. He moved from city to city with his family and did not have much time to make friends. As such, he read a lot. Sparked by living in
Arizona, Jim began to read about
lizards. He was very fascinated with the animals and liked them very much. Especially interesting to him was the fact that lizards are a completly independent animal. If you removed all of them from the earth it would not affect the
eco system one bit. This obscure fact reveals the origins of Jim's odd nickname.
