Running With Scissors is the name of the album released by "Weird Al" Yankovic in June of 1999.

The tracklist includes:

Some of the songs are self-explanatory and rather simplistic (i.e. "My Baby's In Love With Eddie Vedder"), but some are really worth the money for this CD. I particularly like "The Saga Begins" because of the near-exact matchup to the original song and "Your Horoscope For Today" for the catchy tune.

IMHO, the best song of Al's career - Albuquerque - is on this album. It's eleven and a half minutes long, and is probably better considered a "story with accompaniment" instead of a song.

Additionally, the concert performances of some of these songs are excellent. For "The Saga Begins", Weird Al dresses up in a Jedi Robe and strums an acoustic-electric. For "All About the Pentiums", he gets into a giant silver jumpsuit, and seeing a scrawny white man with floofy hair strut across the stage like Puff Daddy is hilarious.
