This game was a prototype Atari 2600 game by Sunrise that was never released. There are a few copies of it floating around, (but not many).
This game is said to be similar to a top down version of Dig Dug. But you are clearing away snow instead of dirt.
Prototype games like Snow Plow are the Holy Grail as far as rare Atari Games go. Nothing is harder to find than these.
The value of this prototype is unknown. $400 would be a good start.
