Herbie's later sextet (the Mwandishi band) had a unique palette, augmented by an early Moog.A greedhead who prostituted his immense talent to make lame soul jazz, then jumped on the funk (Headhunters, etc) bandwagon (and $tayed) when he found his works were met with apathy from the mass market.Same dude.
