  • 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

In a medium bowl, mix sugar, flour, and salt. Cut in egg and butter. Mix well and press into 8" pie pan. Bake at 400o for about 15 minutes, or until edges of crust start to brown. You may get some bubbles in the crust as it bakes, so keep an eye on things while cooking. If a bubble forms, just poke a tiny hole with a toothpick.
