Described as a "serpent-like creature", the sightings go back to Native American legends.
The most recent sighting occured on 1984.
Passengers aboard a tour boat were celebrating the wedding anniversary of a couple when Champ surfaced. There were 70 - 86 passengers aboard, making this the largest Champ sighting in history.
