Demonstration file-sharing and web server software written by Dan Brumleve to illustrate a recently discovered security hole in Netscape Browsers. The name refers to Back Orifice, a back door or maintenance tool for Windows 95.

Found on August 3, 2000, this exploit uses a Java core and Netscape's Java features to implement a web server and file-sharing tool that runs in your browser.

Also, there is the Brown Orifice HTTPD spy which allows you to see what machines are currently running it and peek aound as a few files.
