Hufu, the "Healthy Human Flesh Alternative" is a animal-product free food created by founder and CEO, Mark Knuckols, which claims to have the taste and texture of human flesh. The idea was concieved while Mark was reading the book Good To Eat: Riddles of Food and Culture by Marvin Harris.

According to Hufu's website, the target market is curious anthropologists, and cannibals who want to quit. The website also offers baby seal flesh alternative ("The Veal of the Sea") and recipies, including Lecter's Liver with Fava Beans and Aztec Human Stew.
