Bosworth is an English cheese, made of unpasteurised goat's milk, and, lacking rennet, is a vegetarian cheese.

The cheese is soft and white, with a texture of a firm fudge. It's produced in small rounds, dusted with ash and with a thin penicillin rind. Bosworth reaches the consumer after three to four weeks of maturation, when it tastes nutty, and of vanilla and butterscotch.

Produced by Hugh Lillington, Bosworth has a fat content of 45%.
