The British system for grading climbs
includes the grade E2. It stands for
Extreme 2. The Extreme scale currently
runs from 1-11.
E2 is not a push-over of a grade,
it is a fine grade to be able to climb
and failure at this grade can often
lead to injury.

is expected to lead to death, but so far only
one person has climbed this hard and they didn't fall off)
