Exceptional
website that documents one man's (Mahlon Smith) experiment with meat products in his
neighbour’s
back yard. He spent $7.31 on 3 different meat products and then left them to fester. The project lasted 18 days until the neighbour found the rancid
mince,
steak,
frankfurters and disposed of it. The best thing about this site was the in-depth and graphic accounts of the rotting meats' aroma and the lovely pictures that accompanied it.
