Glaswegian humourist who specialises in surreal, whimsical and slightly sinister stories, poems and comic songs. One that I found particularly strange when I first heard it was "Eggmeat". He is also a former teacher and has written many children's books. He has produced many radio sessions for John Peel, and appeared in a Beatles film in the 1960s.
