Another Ween ballad, sung in a strange seaman's accent. A tale of woe, a tale of lost love; unusual to hear this with sincerity in a Ween song, but this is an atypical album, so why not? See some of the bittersweet poetry contained herein:

Aww, poor sailor man. The music rocks back and forth like one would expect from an ocean-themed album, and it is a very legitimate song.
After it's over, they start playing a warped version of "I'm Dancing in the Show Tonight," like a reprise.
