Internet FAQ Consortium is a handy website with a
hierarchically organized archive of most
USENET FAQs, in
HTML (really just some minimal hyperlinking).
USENET may be in the last stages, but an archived
FAQ is spam-proof.
The venerable
ftp site
rtfm.mit.edu still exists, and has probably the same information but without the occasional
anchor tag.
