A 5-step recipe as an introduction to a new kind of cheese, which is also quite tasty and filling.

  • Roll the filo pastry, and put in a baking cup lined with baking paper
  • Spread a thin layer of tomatoes over the pastry, then a bit of coarse salt, and then some olive oil
  • Bake 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius
  • Take pastries out of the oven, spread the basil leaves over them, and coverwith the (now grated) cheese.
  • Bake for 10 more minutes, and serve while hot.
