The Soggies are white milk-creatures from the Cap'n Crunch cereal commercials on Saturday morning cartoons. The plot of most commercials featuring the Soggies:
- Cap'n and some kids are exploring.
- The Soggies attempt to steal some Cap'n Crunch cereal.
- Cap'n and/or the kids think of a plan to get rid of the Soggies, often by pretending to throw them some cereal but instead throwing them something a bit more deadly.
- 99.44% of the time it works. If it doesn't, it's probably a special promotion of the "help us help the Cap'n" variety.
