There is a
throwaway reference to the
Starship Titanic in the
Hitch-hiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Basically, what happens is that the Titanic's computer system goes haywire and brings you on-board to fix it. You have to
run around doing various things to prevent the
ship from
exploding and taking you with it. It's an
adventure game that's actually very much like the old ones. It's huge ... takes up 3
CD-ROMs; but this is almost completely just beautiful backgrounds and
scenery.
Actually, it's a pretty boring game, if incredibly good eye candy.
