PpGore is a category of controversial fanfics or fanart that depict excessive violence toward the Powerpuff Girls. The word was created by combining the terms "gore" and PpG". Many people who are the opposite of fans despise the 'girly' series and will draw or write violent stories as parodies or simple maliciousness. Others do it to prove a point. Regardless, it is a genre in the PpG fandom, and causes much controversy. Also see ppgorn as an analagous term.
