The Honor Roll has been retired

The Short Version:

• The Honor Roll has been retired. Merit will still be viewable as a statistic, but it is no longer tied into the leveling system.
• The number of writeups needed to achieve each level has been lowered, such that no one should lose any levels as a result of the retirement of the Honor Roll. Many users may actually gain levels.
