This is another variation of the 50-50 grind. It is the opposite of the nosegrind, for you grind on your tail for this. I have absolutely no idea why on earth it is called a 5'0.

Approach your grind object at a medium-slow speed. Ollie and get into a 50-50 position, but before you start grinding put your weight on your tail. When you come down you should have your back truck glued to the object, with your tail touching. When you are ready to stop grinding put your weight on your front foot, then once the tail is no longer touching, ollie.
