AD&D: the Outer Planes

In the AD&D fantasy universe, the mundane plane ("prime material plane") is connected to a structure of divine planes, via the "astral plane". The divine, or "outer planes" each correspond to an AD&D alignment, and are traditionally represented graphically as a wheel. Starting at the "top" with Lawful Good:
