In the Star Wars universe, the Bith are a species of highly intelligent humanoids native to the eponymous planet of Bith. The Bith are instantly recognizable by their smooth, hairless domed heads, their massive, glossy black eyes, and their lack of any distinguishable nose amid various folds of flesh at the center of their face.
Possessed of remarkable eyesight, incredibly sensitive hearing, and above average intelligence, Bith often made their living in fields such as music, science, or engineering. Every single member of Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes, the cantina band in the Mos Eisley Cantina at Mos Eisley spaceport on the planet of Tatooine in the Outer Rim, was a Bith.
