Blengins: short for "Blengiglomeneans", these immense dragonlike creatures were often depicted by their creator Henry Darger with highly detailed butterfly wings, giving them a faerie dragon appearance. Alternatively, they looked like ethereal girls in white robes with black pageboy hair, with rams horns. According to the Vivian Girls, blengins could reach sizes of up to 45,000 feet in length.
